The full teglia measures slightly under 24" × 16" (60 × 40 cm), and the half teglia is about 24" × 8" (60 × 20 cm). They are ideal for selling by the slice, hot or cold.

Baking Instructions:
Stone deck ovens
Electric or gas convection ovens
Ventless ovens with bottom heat
- Preheat oven to 480–500°F (250–260°C).
- Top the crust with desired ingredients.
- Place directly on a stone or deck surface for a crispier bottom.
- Bake for 4–6 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbling and the crust is golden.

Flash-frozen at the origin. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
Keep frozen at 0°F (-18°C). Once thawed, refrigerate (up to 40°F / +4°C) and use within 24 hours.
