Water, corn starch, rice flour, vegetable fibers (psyllium, citrus, inulin), sugar, dextrose (from corn), thickeners (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, xanthan gum), dried corn sourdough, corn flour, stabilizer (gluconodeltalactone), flavors, maltogenic amylase, sunflower seed oil, sorghum flour, brewer’s yeast, salt, preservative (E200).

- Preheat Donna Italia oven for about 30 minutes.
- Thaw and unwrap Pinsa crust.
- Add desired toppings (optional).
- Bake Pinsa for approximately 2-3 minutes or until fully-cooked.
Flash-frozen at the origin. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
Keep frozen at 0°F (-18°C). Once thawed, refrigerate (up to 40°F / +4°C) and use within 24 hours.
